We are seeking licensed psychologists, social workers, counselors, or therapists who are passionate about perinatal mental health to join our team. You’ll provide individual therapy to clients navigating postpartum depression, anxiety, infertility, and grief via a secure telehealth platform.

This is a unique opportunity to work with an underserved population while contributing to a startup committed to reshaping mental health care.

Role Highlights:

  • Position Type: Part-time W2, with potential to grow into full-time
  • Pay: $60-$85 per hour (based on experience and licensure)
  • Location: 100% remote
  • Added Support: Phoenix Health handles all billing and administrative tasks, so you can focus on providing care

Qualifications:

We’re looking for clinicians who are:

  • Licensed in New York (psychologist, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or similar independent license)
  • Experienced in or passionate about perinatal mental health care
  • Culturally Competent: Committed to providing inclusive, trauma-informed care
  • Telehealth Ready: Comfortable delivering care via a secure video platform
  • Bonus: PMH-C certification is a plus! We can support you in obtaining it if you're interested.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, individualized therapy for perinatal clients via telehealth
  • Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with other care providers as needed to ensure comprehensive care
