Why join Phoenix Health?
Startup energy. Mission-driven purpose. Real flexibility.
Choose your own hours
100% remote with a flexible schedule that fits your life. Set your hours and adjust them any time — no approval needed.
W2 pay, not 1099
You are an employee, not a contractor. That means a lower effective tax burden, workers’ compensation, and unemployment protection — benefits most telehealth platforms don’t offer. Clinicians typically reach a full caseload within 6 months.
Zero admin burden
We handle all billing, insurance verification, and scheduling so you can focus entirely on clinical work.
Clinical independence
No scripted sessions. No mandated worksheets. You practice the way that works best for your clients — evidence-based and entirely your own.
Real peer support
Monthly team meetings and ongoing case consultation with clinicians who are as passionate about this population as you are — including our clinical co-founder, Dr. Emily Guarnotta (PsyD, PMH-C).
Continuing education
Up to $500/year reimbursed — including support toward PMH-C certification for clinicians who are pursuing it.
Mission-driven work
Join a team fighting the perinatal mental health crisis. Every session matters. Every family changed. This is the kind of practice we would have wanted to work at — built by clinicians, for clinicians, around a population that deserves more.
