Dr. Emily is a clinical psychologist and certified perinatal mental health provider (PMH-C) with over 10 years of experience supporting families through the perinatal journey. As co-founder of Phoenix Health, she specializes in treating postpartum depression, anxiety, birth trauma, and perinatal mental health conditions, combining evidence-based approaches with a warm, compassionate style.

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist | Certified Lactation Counselor

Kristen provides evidence-based care backed by over 15 years of clinical and private practice experience. Her approach is practical, non-judgmental, and tailored to each family’s unique needs and goals.

Before launching her private practice, Kristen Criscitelli Nutrition, she worked as a clinical dietitian specializing in infant and pediatric nutrition and in an OB clinic helping women optimize their health during pregnancy and postpartum. Her professional experience, combined with her perspective as a mom, allows her to support families with both clinical expertise and empathy.

Kristen earned her Master’s degree in Nutrition from Columbia University in 2016. She became a Certified Lactation Counselor in 2021 and completed certification in Pediatric Food Allergies in 2024.
