Phoenix Health is in-network with Fidelis Care in New York, a Catholic health plan that primarily serves Medicaid, Child Health Plus, and Qualified Health Plan members across New York State. Fidelis is one of the largest Medicaid managed care organizations in New York, and it covers mental health as an essential benefit. Our PMH-C certified therapists work with Fidelis members on postpartum depression, perinatal anxiety, birth trauma, and other perinatal mental health concerns. If you have Fidelis through Medicaid, your outpatient therapy visits are typically covered with little or no copay. Behavioral health is a required benefit under New York's Medicaid program, and New York's mental health parity law is among the strongest in the country. For Marketplace (QHP) Fidelis members, mental health coverage follows the ACA essential benefits structure with a deductible and copay.
