We exist so no parent has to suffer alone.
Phoenix Health was founded with a single mission: make world-class perinatal mental health care accessible to every parent, wherever they are.
A message from our founder

When I had my first child, I was shocked by the challenges that I faced as a new mother.
I'd like to say that I got help right away, but, like so many women, the shame of postpartum depression and anxiety kept me silent for nearly two years.
When I sought out further training and began working with postpartum clients myself, I was struck by how many stories were so similar to my own. It also became clear that a therapist who is qualified to treat maternal mental health conditions is so important.
I founded Phoenix Health to make it easier for new mothers like me to find the right help.

What makes Phoenix Health different
Specialized expertise
Every Phoenix Health therapist holds or is working toward Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) β the gold standard in perinatal care.
Covered by insurance
We accept most major insurance plans including BlueCross, Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare, so cost is never a barrier to getting help.
Therapy from home
All sessions are conducted via secure video β no commute, no waiting room, no childcare scramble. Just you, your therapist, and a safe space to heal.
You are not alone
1 in 5 new mothers experiences perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. We believe every mother deserves expert support β and we are here to provide it.
Meet our therapists
